The Aikido is the way of the universe, and the movements unite human being with great nature --movements along with great nature are called kannagara in Japanese. Kannagara Aikido is Misogi..purify ourselves to unite with great nature.

Ueshiba O'Sensei the Founder of modern Aikido said: "Aikido wa misogi desu, Aikido wa Budo desu." The meaning is: as for Aikido, it is the way of purification of all things. As for Aikido, it is the martial path.

Aikido Keiko (general training) 6:00PM to 8:00PM
Saturday:
Misogi Shuho (purify) in Mountain River 8:00AM
Chouhai (morning Shinto Ceremony) 9:00AM
Chinkonsai (Shinto active meditation) 9:30AM to 10:00AM
Aiki Keiko (all levels training) 10:00AM to noon
